After your recruiter opens a job position, QUALI.FIT conducts an initial interview with your client to understand their company’s DNA, workplace culture, job specifications and more. With this understanding, QUALI.FIT works with your agency’s existing ATS to locate the best candidates and verify their interest in the position.
After conducting thorough interactions with all possible candidates, QUALI.FIT sends the ten best suited candidates to your agency’s recruiter, who selects five to forward to your client for review. Throughout this process, QUALI.FIT collects information to inform its future decisions, querying both your recruiting agent and your client about the reasons for their selections.
If your client wants to review additional candidates, QUALI.FIT repeats its processes, returning to your agency’s ATS with the information from its client and recruiter interviews to select well-suited candidates. The process completes when your client makes a hire, but the information collected throughout is stored forever.
